What may be posted on Tejasya, who may post roles, how to report a problem and what we do about it.
Last updated 11 October 2026
Who these apply to
Everyone who puts something on Tejasya that other people see: recruiters and hiring managers who post roles, and job seekers who choose to make their profile visible to recruiters. They sit alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.
What is not allowed
- Fake or misleading roles. A role must be a real opening, at the company named, with the pay and terms described honestly.
- Asking candidates for money. No registration, training, deposit or equipment fees, and no role that depends on recruiting other people.
- Pretending to be someone else. Do not post as a company you do not hire for, or use another person's name, photo or details.
- Collecting more than hiring needs. Do not ask candidates for bank details, identity documents or passwords in a posting or a first message.
- Discrimination and abuse. No hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content, and no role that excludes people on grounds the law protects.
- Spam. No repeated copies of the same role, and no advertising for anything that is not a job.
- Misusing candidate details. Contact details shown to recruiters are for hiring into the roles you post, and nothing else. Do not sell, share or bulk-message them.
- Anything unlawful where you or the people you are hiring are based.
Who can post roles
Switching a profile to Hiring is not enough to post. A hiring account must be verified first, in one of two ways. It can confirm an email address on its company's own domain, in which case that domain is shown next to the roles it posts. Or, where there is no company email, a person on our team checks the company's website and the details sent with the request. Posting roles and searching candidates stay closed until one of these is done.
Some roles are listed from other job sites or lists rather than posted here by a recruiter. These are marked with where they came from, and you apply on that site. We cannot vouch for a listing on another site in the way we can for a verified recruiter, and you can report one in the same way.
Reporting a problem
Every role, every candidate profile shown to recruiters and every profile photo has a Report button. Choose a reason and add any detail that helps. The person you report is not told who reported them.
A person on our team looks at each report. We aim to decide within two working days. When three different people report the same role or profile, it is taken down straight away until we have looked at it, so that something harmful does not stay up while it waits.
What we do
Depending on what we find, we may:
- leave the item as it is, and put it back if the reports had taken it down;
- close a role, remove a profile from recruiter search, or remove a photo;
- turn down a request to verify a hiring account, with the reason;
- suspend a hiring account, which closes all of its roles.
Reports made to harass someone or to take down a competitor's roles are themselves a breach of these guidelines.
If you disagree with a decision
Write to us through the Contact page or at tejasya.ai@gmail.com, from the email address on your account, and say which role, profile or account it is about. We will look at it again and reply.
